Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra is a distinguished scientist specializing in molecular imaging, radiopharmaceutical sciences, and coordination chemistry. With extensive experience in academia, research, and international collaborations, he has made significant contributions to the field of nuclear medicine, radiochemistry, and synthetic chemistry.

Dr. Mishra previously served as the Director of the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Delhi, where he led pioneering research in radiopharmaceutical development and molecular imaging for medical and life sciences applications. He currently heads the Visiting Professor of Bioinorganic chemistry at IIT Roorkee.

His research spans SPECT/PET imaging probes, bioconjugate chemistry, and neuroimaging, resulting in multiple patents (including US, European, and Indian patents) and high-impact publications. He has received prestigious awards, including the DRDO Young Scientist Award from the Prime Minister of India.

Dr. Mishra has held visiting professorships at institutions such as Max Planck Institute, Germany, and Deakin University, Australia, University of Bordeaux France and has actively contributed as an IAEA consultant, task force member for DBT and DST, and core committee member for radiopharmaceuticals (DCGI, India).
